CHP&#8221; RSEZ SIA \u8d5e\u52a9\u4e86 2017 \u5e74 9 \u6708 30 \u65e5\u5728\u91cc\u52a0\u5965\u6797\u5339\u514b\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e3e\u529e\u7684\u7b2c 10 \u5c4a\u201c\u65af\u7279\u6717\u676f\u201d\u5ba4\u5185\u8db3\u7403\u9526\u6807\u8d5b\u3002 \u9664\u62c9\u8131\u7ef4\u4e9a\u5546\u4e1a\u754c\u4ee3\u8868\u5916\uff0c\u6765\u81ea\u767d\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u3001\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u3001\u7231\u6c99\u5c3c\u4e9a\u548c\u7acb\u9676\u5b9b\u7684\u7403\u961f\u4e5f\u53c2\u4e0e\u4e86\u672c\u6b21\u8d5b\u4e8b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7f57\u66fc\u00b7\u6c83\u591a\u7ef4\u7434\u79d1\u6240\u7387\u9886\u7684\u91cc\u52a0\u5de5\u5546\u8054\u5408\u4f1a\uff08RCIC\uff09\u7403\u961f\u57288\u652f\u5546\u4e1a\u8054\u76df\u7403\u961f\u4e2d\u65a9\u83b7\u7b2c3\u540d\uff0c\u83b7\u6388\u94dc\u724c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6309\u7167\u4f20\u7edf\uff0c\u91cc\u52a0\u8db3\u534f\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u5355\u4f4d\u2014\u5b89\u4fdd\u516c\u53f8\u201c\u65af\u7279\u6717\uff08STRONG\uff09\u201d\u4e3a\u672c\u6b21\u9526\u6807\u8d5b\uff08RFF\uff09\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u53d1\u8d77\u4eba\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9\u516c\u53f8\u8463\u4e8b\u8c22\u5c14\u76d6\u00b7\u8c22\u683c\u6d1b\u592b\uff08Sergey Schegolev\uff09\u6240\u505a\u7684\u51fa\u8272\u7684\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5de5\u4f5c\u8868\u793a\u611f\u8c22\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6211\u4eec\u8fd8\u8981\u5bf9\u91cc\u52a0\u5de5\u5546\u8054\u5408\u4f1a\u7403\u961f\u7684\u534f\u4f5c\u7cbe\u795e\u8868\u793a\u611f\u8c22\uff0c\u5bf9\u65a9\u83b7\u7b2c3\u540d\u7684\u4f73\u7ee9\u8868\u793a\u795d\u8d3a\uff01<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6211\u4eec\u5f88\u9ad8\u5174\u5728\u4e0b\u6b21\u9526\u6807\u8d5b\u4e2d\u4e0e\u60a8\u76f8\u9047\uff01<\/p>\n\n\n<div
